As the saying goes”first impression is the last” so, one should represent in the best of the ability possible with portfolio, personality, dress, websites, presentations, business cards and many more. Before the meeting, some basic background check like industry, market value and past experiences with others should be worked out.

Interaction
When clients want to come up with a solution, this means that their problem already persists hence the emphasis should be more on listening, to get all the inputs required to provide the best solutions. With suitable questions, explanations and advice, customer feels secured as it shows the interest level and the way one is trying to provide them solutions.

Delivery
The best thing a customer will expect is when we only say “yes” to everything that’s asked but in reality it cannot happen as we all know, with good quality and features comes a price, hence once must be honest and how can the expectations be met without dissatisfying both parties. Finishing the projects by delivering a set standard or quality promised and on schedule will do all the tricks.
