               Social network is a construction, where relationships between individuals, groups, organizations and societies cluster together to share values and beliefs.  In the modern world with better communication techniques, social media has become ubiquitously accessible. Social media can be used for mainly 5reasons- personal contacts, business, marketing, networking and entertainment.
              

               Social networking flourishing online through networking sites and websites, it has become a major marketing tool and integrating it within the marketing mix and comprises of a large chunk of direct interactions between businesses and it customers. It gives a real time updates to the customers, global audience, cheaper advertising, improves reputation and popularity.
